Your choice to receive ShowCourt texts

Optional texts are a separate choice. Requesting a login code, joining a community, or responding to an event does not subscribe you.

Effective September 9, 2026

Two optional ShowCourt programs

ShowCourt LLC operates both programs and is the sender. Community names in a text describe your membership or event; organizers do not send their own branded SMS through ShowCourt.

Choose promotional event invitations, operational membership and event updates, both, or neither. Each choice covers your ShowCourt communities while preserving each community's event eligibility and audience restrictions. Old combined or membership-only consent enrolls you in neither program. A changed phone number needs a new verified-phone choice.

How you opt in

After verifying your phone and creating your account, open ShowCourt text preferences. New subscriptions start unchecked. Select either or both choices and choose “Save and continue,” or choose “Continue without subscribing.”

You can also open Settings → Notifications → Texts, review both choices, and select “Save text preferences.” Uncheck either choice and save to stop that program. Changing a checkbox alone does not save consent. Account creation, membership, RSVP, and payment work without subscribing.

Open Settings to manage text preferences (sign-in required). Saving preferences requires authentication and verification of your current phone.

Example of the actual consent controls

This is a non-interactive example of the controls shown after sign-in. Both start unchecked for a new subscriber. This public example cannot enroll you or save preferences.

Optional ShowCourt texts

Program terms

ShowCourt, operated by ShowCourt LLC, offers two optional text programs. Each choice applies across your ShowCourt communities and only to messages you are eligible to receive. Subscribing does not change community or event access.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to create an account, join a community, RSVP, pay, or use ShowCourt. Each new subscription includes a confirmation text.

Reply STOP to either ShowCourt program to stop both. To subscribe again after STOP, reply START to each ShowCourt number you stopped, then reload your preferences and save a new choice. START alone never subscribes you or clears a block on another ShowCourt number.

On the signed-in screen, you can save your choices or continue without subscribing. Existing subscriptions are shown as saved; continuing without changes does not revoke them.

Stop, resume, or get help

Reply STOP to either ShowCourt program to stop both. To subscribe again after STOP, reply START to each ShowCourt number you stopped, then reload your preferences and save a new choice. START alone never subscribes you or clears a block on another ShowCourt number. Turning on a setting cannot remove a carrier block.

Reply HELP for help, or use . Opting out of optional texts does not cancel your account, community membership, or event registration.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Verification codes and privacy

Login verification codes are sent separately when you request them through our authentication provider. Entering the correct code confirms access to your number; it does not subscribe you to either optional messaging program.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared for another party's use. Service providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver messages and provide support for ShowCourt. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
